NLEOMF: Honoring Fallen Officers

NLEOMF Police Week

The vision of the National Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Fund (NLEOMF) is to inspire every citizen to value law enforcement. Founded in 1984, the organization built and maintains the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC — the nation’s monument to law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. They are a principal organizer of National Police Week observed in May around Peace Officers Memorial Day on May 15, and host events to honor fallen officers.

We have partnered with the NLEOMF to share and support their mission to honor law enforcement officers. “The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund is proud to have 5.11 Tactical return as an Annual Partner of the Memorial Fund. Their support of law enforcement is important, and we look forward to working together to highlight the service and sacrifice our peace officers make to protect our communities,” said Craig W. Floyd, President and CEO of National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.

The mission of National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund is to tell the story of the American law enforcement and make it safer for those who serve. Recently the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund secured tax-exempt bond financing that will help to build the National Law Enforcement Museum designed to tell the story of American law enforcement. The Museum will be built next to the Memorial in historic Judiciary Square and will allow visitors to better learn the story of American law enforcement.
